Marko’s

In the main channel of Burano or better known as ”The foundation of the murderers” arises a historical business in the island, which was managed for years by the owners who have always sought to transmit the artisan spirit of the island, starting with the production of mirrors rigorously handmade and then with original articles of jewelry, not forgetting the main tradition of the island that is the lace  ”Merletto di Burano”.

 

Since 2010 Marco and Clarissa have managed the business, nowadays called Marko’s, in order to continue the production and marketing of traditional items exclusively from the island of Burano.

 

In Marko’s you can find any type of souvenirs typical from the island, such as lace items from Burano, jewelry and jewelry in Burano glass, masks in papier-maché, paintings made with different techniques that mostly include the unique colors of Burano. Not forgetting our collection of scarves and foulars, from silk, cotton or linen for the summer and from the cashemir to alpaca wool for the winter, all this done exclusively in Italy.

 

Our goal is for people who visit our business every day to remember us for our hospitality and kindness.
